Do's
-Windows and ledges dusted.
-Dust all furniture, electronics and decor.
-Remove cobwebs.
-Dust ceiling fans.
-Vacuum carpet, rugs and furniture.
-Sweep and mop wood, tile, laminate floors.
-Empty garbage containers, take out trash.
-Clean glass and mirros.
-Change sheets and make beds (when requested by client).
-Clean and sanitize appliances, counters, microwave.
-Load dishwasher
-Dust blinds and baseboards in all rooms with each cleaning or as needed.
-Clean oven and fridge (as requested by client)
-Clean walls.
-Organize closets and cabinets (as requested by client)
-Cabinet cleaning and polishing.
-Window cleaning (inside only)
-Gutter cleaning.
-Pressure washing.
-Lawn moving and landscaping.
-Garage or basement clean out and haul off.
-Other services as discussed with client and agreed upon by myself.
-Deep cleaning or spring cleaning available at additional cost and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Don'ts
-Provide services to homes not adequately heated or cooled.
-Clean where there are unsupervised dogs (unless discussed and agreed upon prior).
-Provide service during times with unsupervised children or adolesents.
-Pick up rooms. They should be ready for cleaning in order to get more done and not waste time.
-(The more time I have to do actual cleaning, the more clean your house will be and the happier you will be).
-Hand wash dishes (unless minimal and discussed and agreed upon prior).
-Do laundry (unless minimal and discussed and agreed upon prior).
-Let in service people including mail carriers.
-Feed pets.
-Use your phone or answering machine.
-Exchange keys with anyone other than the client.
-Sell or share client information.
-Additional don'ts as discussed and agreed upon with client.
I Guarantee To:
-Provide an estimated time and day for housecleaning, with a two-hour winder allowed for traffic and road conditions.
-Complete all services agreed upon with client.
-Use our own cleaning supplies, unless agreed upon prior (to help save costs)
-Bring in mail and newspapers if requested by client.
-Maintain client house keys in a fireproof safe when in my possession.
-Not share, sell or discuss (in any way--fax,electronically, or any other means), any client information of any kind.
I will also require a contract signed for the cleaning details and discription of services agreed upon. Any changes of contract can be made as discussed and agreed upon between client and myself at any time. You may also terminate my services at any time for any reason by calling me and letting me know. I am very detailed and enjoy cleaning and making others happy with my results.
