Do's
As discussed and agreed upon prior-limits may apply:
-Help bathe and dress.
-Medication reminders.
-Change bed linens.
-Prepare small meals when hungry.
-House cleaning.(as discussed and agreed upon prior at additional cost).
-Take to doctors appointment(s). (client to provide transportation)
-Take for an outing. (client to provide transportation)
-Help with hygiene.
-Call 911 for any emergencies.
-CPR certified.
-Show tender loving care at all times.
-Other services available (as discussed and agreed upon prior).
Don'ts
-Dispense medications.
-Operate any medical devices or equipment.
-Offer medical advise.
-Other stipulations may apply (as discussed and agreed upon prior).
Call me today to set up a free consultation to discuss your needs and to get to know me. A contract will be required for the services we agree upon. Any changes can be made at any time as discussed and agreed upon between us and an addendum to the original contract will be required to be signed by client and myself.
